	PROFESSIONAL SERVICES We can provide architectural design, land surveying, soil evaluation, and engineering services. Working with each individually without experience can be confusing and even create unnecessary expense in an overlapping of services.
	SITE LAYOUT AND PLANNING We offer years of site built experience when evaluating a building site and a home plan and how the two impact each other. With this preliminary problem solving we can save thousands in potential missteps or identifying needed construction components, thus avoiding costly overruns.
	SITE CLEARING AND PREPARATIONS Access roads, timber clearing, and utilities all need to be completed or installed after you purchase your land.
	EXCAVATION SERVICES Rough grading, house seats, basements, footers, driveways, underground utilities, and finial grading are all items needed and having one person oversee all these steps ensures your project's success.
	CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES Foundation installation, structure framing, exterior and interior finishes, mechanical installation including plumbing, electrical and HVAC specialty construction including ICF foundations, SPIS panel construction.
	SPECIALTY SERVICES Interior and exterior style design services, fixture and products consultation, landscaping design and installation services, retaining walls, dock design, and building service.
